\n When is the campsite open?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

The campsite will be open from 5 April to 6 October 2024. It is completely closed the rest of the year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n What are the reception hours?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

From October to April, the reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. In low season, we are open 7 days a week, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. In July\/August, we are open 7 days a week from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 8pm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n How do I get to the campsite?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

The campsite is located in Lansargues. Just leave the A9 motorway at the Lunel exit and follow the signs to Saint Just\/Lansargues or leave at Baillargues and follow the road to Mauguio and then Lansargues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Are there shuttles?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

No, no shuttle bus is available … we strongly advise you to come by car, or to rent one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Is there direct access to the sea?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

No, there is no direct access to the sea. However, the beaches are less than 20 minutes away by car.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

Reservation<\/h2>

\n When do I have to pay for my stay in full?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The total amount of your stay must be paid one month before your arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Can I cancel my stay?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

If you have subscribed to the Campe Couvert cancellation insurance, please consult the general conditions available on the home page of our site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Is there a mobile home accessible to PRMs?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

We have no PRM mobile home<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

Arrival<\/h2>

\n What are the arrival times?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Arrival for mobile home rental is from 4pm until 7pm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Do I have to leave a deposit?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Yes, a deposit of 300 \u20ac is required for the mobile homes and 80 \u20ac or 95 \u20ac for the 3 rooms for the cleaning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Is there a household option available?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Yes, provided that you inform the reception in advance and pay the supplement corresponding to the cleaning deposit for the mobile home in question.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

Stay<\/h2>

\n Can we come with 2 cars?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Only one vehicle per mobile home may be parked on the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Is it compulsory to wear the bracelet?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Yes, a wristband is compulsory for all guests staying at our campsite for the duration of their stay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Are swimming shorts or wetsuits allowed in the pool?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

For hygienic reasons, swimming shorts or wetsuits are strictly forbidden in the pools of our pool area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Are children and babies counted in the capacity of the mobile home?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Yes, children and babies are counted as people and therefore contribute to the capacity of the mobile home<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Should we bring sheets, towels, pillows, blankets?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Blankets and pillows are provided. You must bring your own sheets and towels, but there is an option of disposable sheets and towels, subject to availability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Are visits accepted?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Visitors are only accepted in the low season, and are required to present an identity document at reception on arrival and pay 4 \u20ac. Access to the aquatic area is strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n How many amperes are there at the pitch terminals?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

\n Are there charging points for electric vehicles?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

No, you can recharge in the village centre, about 10 minutes walk from the campsite. It is forbidden to plug in to a terminal or a mobile home in order not to cause any electrical damage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Are pets allowed?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Only dogs under 8kg are allowed in some mobile homes on request, as well as on campsites, except for category 1 and 2 dogs, and for a supplement of 35\u20ac\/week. The vaccination certificate must be up to date and presented on arrival.
\nOnly one animal is allowed per rental or pitch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Are barbecues allowed?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Yes, but only gas barbecues. Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden in order to avoid any risk of fire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n What services can I hire?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

You can find all the services available on the campsite’s ‘Services’ page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Can I put up a tent in front of my mobile home?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

No, it is strictly forbidden to install a tent on the mobile home pitches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Is wifi available on the campsite?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

Yes, we have a free 30-minute Wi-Fi access on the snack bar terrace, and
\nsnack bar, and for a fee on the campsite. The rates are available at the reception during your stay or on our website in the “services” section.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n

\n What time should I vacate my mobile home or pitch?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t

The mobile home must be vacated between 8:00 and 10:00. The pitches must be vacated by 12.00 noon. Any departure outside these times must be reported to the reception.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n

\n Do I have to inspect my mobile home before I leave?<\/span><\/summary>\n\t\t\t
