Access

When is the campsite open?

The campsite will be open from 5 April to 6 October 2024. It is completely closed the rest of the year.

What are the reception hours?

From October to April, the reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. In low season, we are open 7 days a week, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. In July/August, we are open 7 days a week from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 8pm.

How do I get to the campsite?

The campsite is located in Lansargues. Just leave the A9 motorway at the Lunel exit and follow the signs to Saint Just/Lansargues or leave at Baillargues and follow the road to Mauguio and then Lansargues.

Are there shuttles?

No, no shuttle bus is available … we strongly advise you to come by car, or to rent one.

Is there direct access to the sea?

No, there is no direct access to the sea. However, the beaches are less than 20 minutes away by car.

Reservation

When do I have to pay for my stay in full?

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The total amount of your stay must be paid one month before your arrival.

Can I cancel my stay?

If you have subscribed to the Campe Couvert cancellation insurance, please consult the general conditions available on the home page of our site.

Is there a mobile home accessible to PRMs?

We have no PRM mobile home

Arrival

What are the arrival times?

Arrival for mobile home rental is from 4pm until 7pm.

Do I have to leave a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 300 € is required for the mobile homes and 80 € or 95 € for the 3 rooms for the cleaning.

Is there a household option available?

Yes, provided that you inform the reception in advance and pay the supplement corresponding to the cleaning deposit for the mobile home in question.

Stay

Can we come with 2 cars?

Only one vehicle per mobile home may be parked on the campsite.

Is it compulsory to wear the bracelet?

Yes, a wristband is compulsory for all guests staying at our campsite for the duration of their stay.

Are swimming shorts or wetsuits allowed in the pool?

For hygienic reasons, swimming shorts or wetsuits are strictly forbidden in the pools of our pool area.

Are children and babies counted in the capacity of the mobile home?

Yes, children and babies are counted as people and therefore contribute to the capacity of the mobile home

Should we bring sheets, towels, pillows, blankets?

Blankets and pillows are provided. You must bring your own sheets and towels, but there is an option of disposable sheets and towels, subject to availability.

Are visits accepted?

Visitors are only accepted in the low season, and are required to present an identity document at reception on arrival and pay 4 €. Access to the aquatic area is strictly forbidden.

How many amperes are there at the pitch terminals?

10 A

Are there charging points for electric vehicles?

No, you can recharge in the village centre, about 10 minutes walk from the campsite. It is forbidden to plug in to a terminal or a mobile home in order not to cause any electrical damage.

Are pets allowed?

Only dogs under 8kg are allowed in some mobile homes on request, as well as on campsites, except for category 1 and 2 dogs, and for a supplement of 35€/week. The vaccination certificate must be up to date and presented on arrival.
Only one animal is allowed per rental or pitch.

Are barbecues allowed?

Yes, but only gas barbecues. Charcoal barbecues are strictly forbidden in order to avoid any risk of fire.

What services can I hire?

You can find all the services available on the campsite’s ‘Services’ page.

Can I put up a tent in front of my mobile home?

No, it is strictly forbidden to install a tent on the mobile home pitches.

Is wifi available on the campsite?

Yes, we have a free 30-minute Wi-Fi access on the snack bar terrace, and
snack bar, and for a fee on the campsite. The rates are available at the reception during your stay or on our website in the “services” section.

Departure

What time should I vacate my mobile home or pitch?

The mobile home must be vacated between 8:00 and 10:00. The pitches must be vacated by 12.00 noon. Any departure outside these times must be reported to the reception.

Do I have to inspect my mobile home before I leave?

Yes, when you are ready to leave, please contact us or come to reception to have a member of the team come and check out.
